American National’s Multiple Line division recognizes Tom Kolberg with President’s Trophy

SPRINGFIELD, MO — Tom Kolberg, Regional Director (RD) of the Northeast Region of American National’s Multiple Line division, was recently recognized for his 2016 management achievements. 

Kolberg earned a 2016 President’s Trophy as the RD Management Leadership Award winner on the Gold level. 

He was previously honored with a President’s Trophy in 2008 for being named the RD Leader of Distinction on the Gold level. Among other President’s Trophy honors, he was named RD of the Year on the Silver level (2014) and RD of the Year on the Bronze level (2013). He also earned a President’s Trophy for being named RD Top Life Producer of the Year on the Bronze level (2014). 

Kolberg became an agent with Farm Family in 1980 and joined American National after the two companies merged in April 2001. He was appointed RD of the Northeast Region in 2004. In addition to the prestigious President’s Trophies he has earned, Kolberg has also been recognized for his sales and management excellence by qualifying for American National’s Chieftain Club four times and earning 19 Conference trips with Farm Family and American National.

He is a member of the GAMA International and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
