Michur has been a member of NAIFA for 49 years and has earned a place attending 33 American National conferences. At just 20 years old, she decided her future was in the insurance business. Her father had recently begun working at Capital Insurance and he invited her to join forces with him. Her father’s mission to “serve” his clientele – State of Florida employees in three counties – became her mission and they focused on providing protection and financial well-being through insurance and other financial products. At the age of 26, she became the youngest Regional Vice President for her company. Spaulding has received numerous accolades throughout her career including, 20 President’s Club achievements, 13 Chieftain Club achievements, eight Summit Club achievements and has been recognized as a gold, silver and bronze winner multiple times for her work. She and her husband have been married for 36 years and have three children. Spaulding says her family has been her “guiding light in her life and career.”
